Every test the statistical test guidance knows, all at once. Answer the questions in any order and the tests that no longer fit fade out. The number beside each answer is how many tests would remain if you chose it.

Repeated Measures ANOVA

Close

Used to compare the means of a single interval or ratio scale criterion (DV) between the groups defined by repeated measurement occasions of a single nominal scale predictor (IV) variable when each participant is exposed to each condition defined by the independent variable. Assumes normal and homogeneous covariance, independent observations between subjects, and multivariate normality of the criterion variable.

Check first: The DV is normally distributed at each measurement, and sphericity holds (if not, correct the degrees of freedom).

If its assumptions are not met, see: Friedman Test.
